Interrogate your sales data and pattens. What worked, what didn't, and why. Move from founder knowledge and market intelligence to evidence based commercial clarity. Enabling you to grow your team and articulate why & where they should focus their efforts. - Tuesday 10th March 2026 10am - 12noon
Design an enterprise specific repeatable sales approach that builds on ICP, value proposition and real data.
Start to build a sales prioritisation framework (not just gut instinct) for your business so your commercial team knows how to pursue commercial opportunities. - Tuesday 21st April 2026 10am - 12noon
Finalise the sales framework to takeaway that enables you and your commercial team to execute the right sales conversations at the right time. This isn't a playbook; it's building decision-making capability, so your team can adapt systematically as markets shift. - Note founders and commercial team members must be available all 3 dates
- On successful completion of the Pathway to Growth Sales Strategy Workshops, companies will pay £1000 before programme commences to then be eligible to be matched with ambitious young sales talent who will complete the Sales Premiere Programme in June 2026
