Barclays Eagle Labs Ecosystem Programme – Pathway to Growth

1. Participation Requirements

  • Participants must attend all scheduled sessions, including the Kick-Off, Workshops, Mentoring, and Sales Conference.
  • Compliance with the programme's ways of working is mandatory.

2. Confidentiality

  • All information shared during the programme will be treated as confidential and must not be disclosed to external parties.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials provided during the programme belong to Raise Ventures Limited and Moyola Limited
  • These materials will be available only for the duration of the programme and must not be distributed or reproduced without permission.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions, both parties shall attempt to resolve the issue through mutual consultation.
  • If a resolution is not reached within 30 days, the matter will be escalated to Barclays Eagle Labs for final determination.

5. Force Majeure

  • The organisers shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in programme delivery due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen events).

6. Application Process

  • Applications are open until Friday, 28th February 2025 (end of business day).
  • Applicants will be notified of the outcome by Tuesday, 5th March 2025.
