Over 60 ambitious tech companies and founders enjoyed an interactive half day Pathway to Growth Conference on Thursday 10th April.
From listening to real life experience on sales and scaling, having sales conversations, building sales teams and putting in sales processes there was something for everyone.
Our panelists included Carol Rossborough, Esther, James Leathem, Riskonnect Seamus Cushley, Moyola Liam McStravick, TeamFeePay Eva-Jayne Doherty FutureMatch, Naomh McElhatton, Adrian McCourt Lockview Business Solutions.
The interactive session brought everyone in the room into pairs to play the role of buyer and seller focusing on their Ideal Customer Persona and their Value Proposition and putting it into practice.
Then writing it down - what worked well and what neeeded to be improved.
To celebrate the Pathway to Growth Programme our participants showcased their 30 second elevator pitch and Jason McDevitt, CleverTradie Asem Mohammad AMIA Opex and Richard Donnelly Peoplewith outlined how it had already benefitted their businesses as they've put the learnings into action.
